Miguel, a young man in his thirties nursing a recent emotional heartbreak,has to come back from Madrid to Pontevedra, his hometown, to record the filming locations of a movie. His journey takes him back to the place he grew up, to reconnect with old friends and former lovers, but also to the possibility of a new relationship: Alicia, a nurse who will manage to calm him down. Meanwhile, Miguel will strive to complete his work, although he prefers to film local people, movements and faces of his friends, trains passing, or the sea.
