Juan works at a copy and print shop and lives with his mother. His daily life is monotonous and repetitive. Some days, at night, he chats with María, who works as a mechanic in a small car workshop and whom he knows since childhood. One day, Juan meets Alicia, a young woman who makes music from sound recordings she makes while walking around the city. Alicia raises concerns in María, who causes her to remember certain past events. A mysterious young man riding a motorbike seems to observe them all from a distance.
